Advisory Services Network, LLC (“ASN”) is an Atlanta based registered investment advisor which was created to serve as a strategic partner for its Investment Adviser Representatives (“IAR”). ASN was established in 2008 with the interest of IARs in mind.

We provide an alternative solution for IARs who seek to leave their current firms and situations to create a new future for themselves, without the headaches associated with creating a new start-up investment advisor. ASN also supports Registered Representatives who wish to leave their current broker/dealers and move towards the fee only side or a hybrid solution. ASN currently maintains relationships with broker/dealers who will allow its representatives to participate in our platform without haircuts or penalties.

ASN is structured to offer platforms and services that are not currently available to or may be outside the reach of independent RIAs. These offerings currently include an integrated, interactive software platform, a choice of third-party clearing/custodial services, an expanded list of Third Party Money Managers, and self branding.

With the assistance of our affiliate, Mainstay Capital Markets Consultants, Inc., ASN has taken on the ownership of compliance and legal oversight as well as the regulatory filings associated with being an RIA. As all independent advisors are aware, running an RIA can be costly and time consuming. ASN’s platform allows its IARs to focus their time and energy on building their individual practices under our umbrella. The objective of ASN is to help remove the compliance and regulatory burden, allowing IARs to focus on what they do best!
